Not the same any more. Way over priced. Horrible mismanagement in appointments. Check in front touchpad is erratic. PLEASE make sure someone checks you in physically. I found out after waiting for 45 minutes. And no receptionist showing up for over 20 mins. Staff not as professional as they used to be during Dr. Boyd’s time. Horrible experience. Do Not recommend.

Ms. Aretha & Tori always put a smile on my face. Everytime I come to this office Ms. Aretha speaks positivity into me. I always go home and tell my mom I enjoy coming to my ortho appointments because of her. I told her to make sure I see Tori, she’s my favorite person to help me on the back. No matter how many questions I ask, she’s always available. I love this office so much! There’s no other orthodontist I would rather be at!

Had an awesome experience with Garret and Boyd today when I got my braces put on! They made the whole process so easy and chill. Super friendly and really know their stuff. Also, the Sugar Land clinic has an amazing view—made the visit even better. Definitely recommend!
